ABOUT
My Practice
Whether you are neurotypical or neurodivergent, Reflective Insights provides a compassionate space designed to meet your needs.
I offer support for individuals who are navigating the following:
anxiety, depression, burnout, bereavement, separation/divorce, life transitions -menopause, bullying, low self-esteem, work/ relationship issues.
I provide a tailored therapeutic approach for both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients. I am committed to supporting autistic/AuDHD adults in accordance with the neurodiversity model. “The term ‘neurodiversity’ describes the idea that, throughout the human population, different brain developments and structures exist. Neuronal variances, such as autism/AuDHD, are not seen as disorders but as variations, different from the neurotypical brain” (Garrett, 2021).
Neurodiversity means that each person has a nervous system which is unique to them, with a unique set of needs, skills, and abilities (Singer, 2017). If you are neurodiverse, I use an approach which respects your communication style, sensory needs and promotes a positive identity.

Welcome. Reflective Insights provides a safe
non-judgmental space.

Meet Leone
My name is Leone Holden (MIACP). I am an Integrative psychotherapist (this means I use a combination of psychodynamic and humanistic approaches to therapy). I have a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited member of The IACP The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of ICP The Irish Council for Psychotherapy.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked for 18 years in Adult Disability Services.
I have completed a 6-month specialist training with AUsome Training (an autistic led organisation) to become a neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist. This is an area, I feel passionate about.
